The Lead Educator Opportunity | 📍 Midvale 6056

I have partnered with a standout WA owned and operated childcare provider that is truly setting the benchmark for excellence in early learning.

What sets my client apart is their genuine commitment to the "human" side of childcare. They don’t just talk about support; they live it—creating a culture where every child, family, and educator is treated as a vital part of a thriving community. It’s a place where you aren't just a staff member; you are a valued professional in a nurturing "home away from home."

The Setting

You will be joining a beautifully designed, 104-place approved centre located in the heart of Midvale (6056). This is a purpose-built environment where the physical space is designed to be the "third teacher," inspiring both children and educators alike.

The Role: Lead Educator

In this pivotal leadership position, you will be the heartbeat of the classroom. My client is looking for a mentor and a practitioner who leads with purpose, upholding their core values of Respect, Connect, and Thrive.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design and implement nature-based, child-led learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.

  • Build deep, meaningful relationships with families and the local Midvale community.

  • Create an environment that sparks creativity and a lifelong love of discovery.

  • Mentor and work alongside a passionate team who share a love for the Froebel and Reggio Emilia philosophies.

What You’ll Bring:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

  • A rock-solid understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • A heart for nature-based learning and a child-centered approach to education.

Why I Recommend This Client:
  • Work for a WA-based team that deeply understands and supports the local community.

  • Lead within a large, high-energy 104-place centre with modern resources.

  • They are big on professional development—your career won’t stall here.

  • Access a highly competitive salary and a benefits package that reflects your value as a Lead Educator.
